After the find: what the warehouse checks, stores and ships

Each route ends at a paid order, and every order funnels into the same warehouse. What happens there decides whether the thing you found is the thing you get.

Tutorial images below are older official UI examples. Amounts, offers, routes and account values shown are not current quotes. Open an image for the full-size source.

What inspection does and does not cover

Inspection covers appearance only: model, style, size. Staff open garments, bags, suitcases and shoes; sealed packs and anything with sealing strips stay closed. For electronics the inspection explicitly excludes authenticity, function and quality.

Inspection and consolidation are free per the service-special article (checked 2026-10-10). The scope line explains the electronics note on the category wall: appearance photos do not establish whether an electronic item functions.

This matters double for manual orders. The Fill and Buy terms already say the agent cannot verify quality or authenticity of third-party-platform goods; the inspection rules add that even in the warehouse, checking stays at the surface of the parcel.

Reading the QC photos like a finder

QC photos appear under User Center, then Warehouse, on each stocked item. The captured personalized-photo service lists CNY 2 per piece and a 24-hour service indication; confirm current availability and timing. No fixed count of free item QC images is established here.

Check against what you asked for, not just for damage: the variant you picked on the listing, or typed into the specifications field of the manual form, is the claim; the photo is the evidence. Colourway, logo placement, size tag if visible.

The 5-day return and exchange window equals 120 hours from the moment the order status turns Stocked in. It is the seller's service relayed by the agent, and it excludes custom-made items, second-hand goods and products from outside mainland China. Review the images promptly; storage availability does not extend a seller’s return window.

The storage clock

Free storage runs 100 days from the status In storage, with a reminder mail at day 90; abnormal packages get 60 days from Signed for. After expiry goods are treated as abandoned and destroyed (help centre storage article, checked 2026-10-10).

The captured extension service lists CNY 10 per order per 30 days and mentions a cooling-off period. Do not assume that wording grants another 30 free storage days. Use the deadline shown for the actual order, ask support before expiry, and keep a reminder independent of any notification email.

Shipping, priced by a public machine

The shipping estimator is public, no account needed: destination, weight in grams, goods type, optional dimensions. A 1,000 g ordinary-goods parcel to the United States returned 13 bookable lines on 2026-10-10, from USD 38.07 (11 to 17 days) upward. These are the operator's example quotes for that day; prices move, so run the estimator with your own weight.

Dimensional weight is calculated from packed length × width × height in centimetres, divided by the factor specified for the chosen route. For example, a route using 6,000 would turn 40 × 30 × 20cm into 4kg dimensional weight. This is an illustration, not a universal divisor. Some routes compare dimensional and actual packed weight, then apply their own minimums and rounding. Item weights in the warehouse are not the final packed billable weight.

The operator’s 23 June 2026 notice describes a EUR 3-per-parcel arrangement on supported EU lines and reserves withdrawal with notice. Its 17 April 2025 US notice gives a historical USD 5–10 comparison with USPS. These are dated operator offers, not current customs-law advice or route quotes. Check the selected route’s current charges and the dated notice context.

Kako Insurance is bought when submitting the parcel. Delay cover pays 20 percent of the shipping fee when a parcel exceeds 30 or 40 days from shipment, route-dependent; customs-hold and loss-or-damage cover follow per-route criteria, visible behind the green icon in the estimator. Compensation is capped at actual shipping fee plus actual goods value, up to the insured amount. Without it, the compensation article places transit loss and damage outside the agent's responsibility, with exclusions that include customs confiscation and wrong addresses.

The last fields you will watch

After submission the parcel page shows packed weight, volume, the chosen line and an itemised total, with packaging and insurance broken out. The tracking modal mirrors the carrier's events.

Sign-for rules close the loop: the help centre's signing notice asks you to report abnormal parcels promptly after delivery, which is a separate delivery claim process from the 120-hour warehouse return-request window. The habit transfers: photograph before opening, compare against your QC set.

Packed weight, volume, route minimums and restrictions all matter. The captured pre-packing service lists CNY 18 and can help obtain packed measurements; confirm its current terms before ordering it.
