Fill and Buy: the manual order behind the three routes
When no route reads your link, the official fallback is a form where you type the product facts yourself. Its terms are the strictest on the site, and they are printed right above the Buy Now button.
What a manual order is
Fill and Buy is the fourth item in the official site's main navigation, next to Home, Shopping Agent and Forwarding. The page opens with a three-step strip: fill and submit product information, pay for product and shipping fee, wait for the seller to send.
The form exists for links the crawler cannot read. The page's own disclaimer names the examples: Xianyu, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Yupoo. The buyer working-hours table also names Weidian in a platform group; this alone does not establish how every Weidian link is imported. Follow the form actually offered for your link.
Handled by hand means exactly that. A person on the buying team opens your link, reads what you typed, and goes shopping with it. Clear form entries help the buyer identify the requested item; they do not guarantee product quality or seller stock.
The form, field by field
Six fields decide whether the buyer finds the right thing. The hints in the table below are the form's own, and two of them do quiet heavy lifting: the specifications field is the only place your colour and size exist, and the unit-price field openly allows a 1-yuan placeholder when the real price is unknown, settled later as a supplement payment.

The image upload takes files under 3 MB in GIF, JPG or PNG. A screenshot of the exact variant, cropped to the item, saves the buyer a guess and you a support round-trip.
Four clauses you agree to above the Buy Now button
The disclaimer paragraph on the form page is short enough to read and heavy enough to change plans. Restated clause by clause:
Clause 1
Locating only
The form captured on 10 October 2026 says the agent can only assist in locating the seller from the link you submit. Nobody at the warehouse has seen the item before it arrives.
Clause 2
No verification
Quality and authenticity of third-party-platform goods are explicitly not verified and not guaranteed. The anti-counterfeiting policy still applies on top.
Clause 3
No after-sales
Third-party platform product links do not provide after-sales service. Do not assume the ordinary seller-dependent return service applies to a manual order. Read the current manual-order agreement before payment.
Clause 4
No way back after payment
The retained form states that after payment, refunds, cancellations and mid-process changes are not supported. Confirm the agreement presented for your current order. The checkbox above the Buy Now button binds you to this.
The captured form places these terms above its agreement checkbox. Read the current wording for the specific order path. The named platform examples do not prove that every link from those platforms requires this form, and a successful import does not override seller or second-hand return exclusions.
Working hours and habits that survive the terms
Manual orders are bought by humans on a schedule. The priority-purchase article publishes the buyer working hours by platform group:

Habits that pay here, given the no-changes clause: settle the variant before you pay, not after. Screenshot the seller's page the day you order, since third-party listings move and your screenshot is the record of what you asked for. Ask the seller for the domestic shipping figure if the album does not print one, or expect a supplement request. And remember the inspection rules still apply at the warehouse: appearance only, with second-hand goods excluded from the return guarantee.
The anti-counterfeiting policy also reaches this form. All products must be authentic; the operator reserves account suspension and stock disposal for violations, and that applies to a hand-filled order the same as a crawled one.
An unknown price is an unresolved decision
The form’s historical one-yuan placeholder is a way to submit information, not an agreed item price or a spending cap. Before accepting a supplement, check the seller’s quoted unit price, quantity, domestic freight and exact specification together. A new price may refer to a different variant or quantity tier.
Write a specification that can be checked: seller’s product reference, colour, labelled size and any required measurement. Attach a matching image only as supporting evidence. If the seller offers a substitute, get its details before authorising a change; the manual agreement restricts changes and cancellations after payment.
